What’s the difference between Premium and Enterprise Membership?

Premium Membership includes access for 10 team members at one location, 10 annual training discounts (incl. ITIL® 4 Foundation), resources, templates, forum access, free SDI Experience Event tickets, conference discounts, 1 free SDI virtual workshop per year, and 10 job ads. Enterprise includes all of this plus unlimited company-wide access for every global service desk, unlimited training and event discounts, 2 free SDI virtual workshops per year, and use of the SDI promo logo kit.

Do you offer group or organisation-wide memberships?

Yes - the Enterprise level membership covers this. If you would like something more bespoke for your organisation, get in touch with our friendly team to discuss the best fit for your needs.

What happens after I sign up?

Can I try before committing?

There’s no auto-renewal, and you can upgrade or extend anytime. It’s a flexible way to start small and then lock in long-term value once you're ready.

Can I extend my membership for more years and save?
Yes, to lock in long-term value simply choose a multi-year Premium plan:
- 2 years: £995 (save £295)
- 3 years: £1,450 (save £485)

Or a multi-year Enterprise plan:
