Who can enter the SDI Awards?

Any organisation or individual working in IT service and support, customer experience, or related fields can enter. We welcome entries from teams of all sizes, across all industries, from anywhere in the world.

How much does it cost to enter?

Entry is free. Finalists will need to attend the awards ceremony on 19 March 2026 in Birmingham, UK.

Can I enter more than one category?

Yes! Many organisations submit entries in multiple categories to showcase different achievements and initiatives. Each entry should be tailored to the specific award criteria, you'll find this in the handbook. There is a maximum of four entries per organisation.

Where will the SDI Awards 2026 take place?

The ceremony will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Birmingham, UK on 19 March 2026.
