Any organisation or individual working in IT service and support, customer experience, or related fields can enter. We welcome entries from teams of all sizes, across all industries, from anywhere in the world.
Entry is free. Finalists will need to attend the awards ceremony on 11 March 2027 in Birmingham, UK.
Yes! Many organisations submit entries in multiple categories to showcase different achievements and initiatives. Each entry should be tailored to the specific award criteria, you'll find this in the handbook. There is a maximum of four entries per organisation.
The ceremony will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Birmingham, UK on 11 March 2027.
