How much does it cost?

Ticket prices are purposely low at just $95 per person to cover the cost of food and beverages kindly provided by our host NBC Universal. Premium members of SDI and XLA Institute go free. Everyone is welcome!

How do I know it's for me?

If you are interested in experience management and XLAs then this is the event for you. It will have an IT service focus so perfect for leaders of service desks and IT teams.

How do I register and pay?

Simply complete the registration form at the top of this page and we will invoice you. Payment can be made by BACS or via a secure payment link in the invoice.

Will there be food?

Yes there will be plenty to eat and drink throughout the day.  

Does my location matter?

Anyone can join this event, everyone is welcome to attend!  

How do I enter the NBC Building?

You'll sign in at reception and you'll be escorted to the 11th floor event space. You may need to wait a little while for others to arrive so small groups can be taken at the same time.  

What time does the event start?

We're kicking off the day with an optional light breakfast and refreshments from 8.30am. The sessions will begin at 9.30am and close at 5pm.
